Usage Environment
The treadmill is recommended placed indoors. If you really want to put it on the balcony or outdoors, it should be protected from rain, sun exposure and moisture. And the place should be clean,solid and level. Do not use the treadmill when the voltage is unstable, there is no grounded protective power supply and there is a lot of dust.
Precautions For Use
Properly check the treadmill each time before use, to check the tightness of belt, any damage of the power cord and any noise when the machine turn on.Stand on the edge of the treadmill each time before turning on the machine .Unplug the power supply after use.
Daily Maintenance
1. When we run on the treadmill, the left foot and right foot force is not consistent, the running belt will be offset, if the running belt is offset to the right, you can rotate the right adjusting bolt along the clockwise direction 1/2 turn, and then rotate the left adjusting bolt along the counterclockwise direction 1/2 turn; if the running belt is offset to the left, the reverse can be done.
2. Clean dusty regularly, usually once a week.The running belt and exposed portions of the sides of the running belt can be cleaned with soap and a cleaning cloth.You should also make sure that your sneakers are clean when exercising.After exercising wipe off the sweat on the handles and running belts.Clean the inside of the treadmill motor once a year with a small vacuum cleaner to remove the internal dust.
3. Reinforce the screws on the parts and hydraulic rods once a month, use a wrench to tighten the screws on each part as well as the hydraulic rods, and lubricate the hydraulic rods with lubricant.
4.Lubricate is also important, lubricate the treadmill quarterly. stop the treadmill, lift up the running belt and drop silicone oil into the middle of the running deck, drop about 5~10 drops.
